US President Joe Biden has arrived in Scotland for the crucial COP26 climate conference. 

Biden, who arrived from Rome touched down at Edinburgh Airport just after 11am this morning. 

Hundreds of people turned up at the airport hoping to get a glimpse of him and the popular aircraft.

After arriving he departed for Glasgow in a large convoy.
