A flight that left from Edinburgh bound for Hamburg had to make an emergency landing in Newcastle.

The Easy Jet flight left Edinburgh at 12:35 and landed safely in Newcastle around fifteen minutes ago.

It’s understood the airport fire service were on scene for it landing.
