Three men have been arrested and charged under the Misuse of Drugs Act after police in Midlothian recovered Class A and B drugs in Newtongrange.
Officers carried out a search of a property in Ninth Street on Wednesday 21st September and seized dealer quantities of heroin along with a small amount of cannabis.
A number of items, which are believed to be stolen, were also removed from the address during this activity and inquiries are ongoing to return them to their rightful owners.
The total value of the recovered drugs is £1,2000.
The men aged 28, 29 and 33 are all scheduled to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Thursday 22nd September.
