Three people have been arrested after a man found seriously injured in Magdalene Drive last night died.

Emergency services were alerted last night but despite the best efforts the man later died.

The street was closed for several hours whilst detectives and forensic officers carried out their investigation.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Three people have been arrested following the death of a 49-year-old man at an address in Magdalene Drive on Sunday 8th July.

“A woman aged 26, an 18-year-old man and a 36-year-old man remain in custody and inquiries to establish the full circumstance surrounding this incident are ongoing.”
