A man has been arrested at Edinburgh airport after urinating on passengers onboard an EasyJet flight from Copenhagen.
The aircraft had landed just after 3.30pm today and was making it’s way to a stand when the man tried to leave his seat.
When asked to stay seated he then started urinating on the other passengers.
The flights cabin crew called in police and the man was placed in cuffs and taken from the aircraft to a waiting police van.
A spokesman for Police Scotland said: “A 26-year-old man has been arrested and charged following a disturbance at Edinburgh Airport.
“The incident was reported to police at around 3:30pm on Wednesday, July 13th, by cabin crew onboard an Easyjet flight from Copenhagen.
“The individual was escorted from the aircraft by police officers and he will now be reported to the Procurator Fiscal.”
