A man has been arrested following the alleged rape of a teenager in Pilton in May.

An investigation was launched on 10th May and the man was due in court today.

A tweet issued by Police Scotland said “A 26 yo man has been arrested & charged with the rape of a 16 yo female within West Pilton Park on 10th May. He was due in court today”
