Police in Edinburgh have arrested a 21-year-old man as part of the ongoing investigation into the murder of Lionel Simenya in Ford’s Road.

Mr Simenya was found injured in the road at around 4am on Thursday, March 7.

The arrest comes the day after Lionel’s brother, Nicolas and Detective Inspector Stuart Alexander appealed to the public for information.

Inquiries are continuing.
