A male has this afternoon been rescued from Arthur Seat

Emergency services attended Arthur Seat after a male in his 20s fallen and suffered a leg injury near to the summit.

Multiple vehicles from Scottish Ambulance Service , Scottish Fire and Rescue as well as Arthurs Seat own Park Rangers

A Scottish Ambulance Service Spokesman Said

” Our Special Operation Response Team along with Fire service rescued a male in his 20s from Arthur Seat”

” He was taken to Edinburgh Royal infirmary to be treated for his lower leg injury”
