Two men have been taken to hospital following a disturbance in Salvesen Crescent this morning.
Its believed both males, aged around eighteen, suffered stab wounds during the incident.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police in Edinburgh are investigating after two males sustained serious injuries in a disturbance in the Salvesen Crescent area around 7am.
“The males were taken to the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for treatment for their injuries which are not thought to be life-threatening.
“Inquiries into the full circumstances are at an early stage and ongoing.
“Anyone with information is asked to contact officers at Corstorphine CID on 101.“
