Police in Edinburgh are appealing for information to trace a man reported missing in the Lochend area.
Robert Scoular left his home address around 10pm on Wednesday 3rd April, when he said he was going to a local shop.
The 34-year-old has not returned home or been in contact with his family since, who have growing concerns for his welfare.
Robert is described as white, 5ft 4ins tall, of very slim build, with dark hair, stubble and patchy eyebrows.
He was last seen wearing a green/khaki waterproof Adidas hoodie, grey jogging bottoms with a khaki stripe and black trainers also with a khaki stripe. He may be wearing a black beanie hat.
Inspector Grant Mcculloch of Craigmillar Police Station said: “Robert is known to frequent the city centre and Meadowbank areas and we’re asking for the public’s help as we work to trace him.
“If Robert see’s this appeal, I’d urge him to get in touch with either his family or police as soon as possible and let us know if he is alright.”
