The blaze appears to have started at Taste Of China takeaway restaurant this afternoon.

Images sent in my readers show a significant fire

A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said 

“17 firefighters were in attendance along with one officer”

“The fire is thought to have been isolated and is not currently threatening nearby properties”
