The family of Terry Miller, who died in Whitburn on Tuesday 27th December, have paid tribute to the 30-year-old.

In a statement issued through Police Scotland, they said: “Terry was a much loved son, brother, father and uncle and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

“We would like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts at this difficult time but would now ask for privacy to come to terms with our loss.”

A 49-year-old man was charged in connection with the murder of Terry Miller and made a first appearance at Livingston Sheriff court on Thuesday 29th December.
