Edinburgh Ballet raisesd the bar with a magical Christmas performance at The Centre Livingston on Sunday.
Shoppers were treated to three outstanding performances by eight dancers from Edinburgh Ballet, renowned for its high-quality ballet training, which was set up almost nine years ago by founder and Principal Sara Wood, and currently has over 150 dancers, aged 2 to 70.
Sara said: “Our dancers, who are dynamic and incredibly talented, with a real love of dance, were absolutely thrilled when they heard we had been invited to perform at The Centre in Livingston during their busiest Christmas shopping weekend.
“They had such a fantastic time showcasing their best performances to thousands of shoppers who stopped to watch and enjoy a break from their Christmas shopping.
“We received some lovely feedback and definitely hope to be back next year.”
Jennifer Bruce, Marketing Manager at The Centre, said: “Edinburgh Ballet brought a bit of extra Christmas delight to the mall this weekend where shoppers were treated to our first-ever visit from them, where they really did add an extra bit of sparkle to one of our busiest Christmas shopping days so far.”
