Police in Edinburgh can confirm the body of a missing teenager has been found.

Leon Fleming, 18, was last seen shortly before 7pm on Wednesday 10 July leaving Almond House Lodge on Marine Drive.

His body was discovered in a wooded area at Silverknowes Golf Course this morning (Saturday 13 July). Leon’s family have been made aware.

The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal.
